Nathan Boone
Nathan Boone, PT, DPT, completed his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University in 2000 where he earned a B.S. in physical education with an emphasis in physical therapy. He later attained his doctorate degree in physical therapy at Creighton University in 2005.
As a physical therapist, he especially looks forward to meeting the rehabilitation needs of all individuals. Nathan has focused much of his work in orthopedics and sports medicine but he has also worked in home health care for nearly four years. He has developed programs for fall prevention, strengthening, and balance, among others. He has a passion for what he does and enjoys assisting others in regaining their function and independence.
Nathan resides in St. George, Utah, with his wife, Julia, and their three children. Growing up with a father serving in the Air Force, he quickly adapted to moving around the world every couple of years. Nathan often jokes about being "homeless"; however, he and his family have called St. George their home for the last four years and they are happy to be part of the community.
